Program Description:

The type of culture that any work team, department or company develops is not from the words that are framed on the wall, titled: Our Vision . A culture takes shape by the attitudes and behaviors of its everyday people. It forms in the way we respond to everyday frustrations, disagreements and conflicts. It grows in the way that we see & respond to our co-workers as more than just producers of work. A work culture forms from its people. Julie will bring us through 3 practices that can help us face the "people issues" and conflicts with greater confidence and influence, and lead our projects and tasks with stronger leadership. Build your skills to address tough issues, and learn the little things that make a big difference in keeping a healthy team culture.
