This session will not only provide you guidance, but will also include exercises where you will learn some techniques beside brainstorming that may help you get to your meeting goals.
Dirk Huggett is the Director of P3/M for the ND University System. P3/M handles IT Policy, Procurement and Project Management. He has been doing formal project management for 19 years in both the corporate world and state government prior to coming to the University System in 2014. Dirk has had his PMP certification since 2005. Dirk is a skilled facilitator and who has been helping teams improve their meetings for over 10 years.
