Dr. Martin has spent 20 years in public education with 18 of those years as a secondary school administrator in North Dakota. Robert earned his Ph.D in Educational Leadership through UND in 2015 and has worked for the University of Mary since December 2018. His official title at UMary is Senior Curriculum Design Specialist and he works in the newly formed Workforce Development Department. Dr. Martin is married to his beautiful wife, Kristi, who is an elementary teacher in Bismarck, and they have two wonderful kids, Sydni and Brett. He brings the word “fanatic” to life with his unhealthy obsession for all things Green Bay Packers.
